Product Description

ε-polylysine is a bacteriostatic peptide produced by Streptomyces albicans by aerobic fermentation,with molecular weight between 3500~5000,usually used as food preservative.It has a wide antimicrobial spectrum,good heat resistance,and wide pH range adaptions and other advantages.

User's Guide

0.5-0.8% ε-polylysine sodium lactate solution,when sprayed on the surface of wet/cold noodles,the microorganisms repro-duction can be effectively inhibited,and the food shelf life can be prolonged.

0.5-0.8% ε-polylysine aqueous solution,when sprayed on the surface of meat products or soak the meat products in the solution for 5 minutes,the microorganisms reproduction can be effectively be inhibited,and the food shelf life can be prolonged.

Polylysine is easily soluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol.Usually used by dissolvingin 75% alcohol,and sprayed on the food surface or soak the food in the solution. If used together with citric acid,malic acid,glycine and higher fat glycerides,the efficacy an be enhanced.

Application

Food industry (core application):

Preservation and preservation: rice products (add 0.005%-0.01%), meat products, canned food, baked pastry.

Beverage and alcohol: inhibit yeast contamination, extend shelf life (recommended amount 150-300mg/kg).

Daily chemical industry:

toothpaste, mouthwash, wet wipes, hygiene products (antibacterial and anti-mold).

Pharmaceutical field:

Instrument cleaner, wound dressing (research stage).
