VC-IP is an oil-soluble vitamin C derivative,which has high stability,is not easy to be oxidized,and is easily absorbed by the skin.It has the effects of anti-oxidation,inhibiting the production of melanin,inhibiting ultraviolet damage to cells and promoting collagen synthesis.
